MMB Software ("we," "our," or "us"), based in İzmir, Türkiye, operates various mobile applications, games, and technology solutions, including but not limited to SiteMaster AI, Block Defenders, Gastro Kings, Orb Quest, Jockey Clash and LifeQuest AI. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the highest level of security for your personal data. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your information across our software ecosystem.

1. Information we collect and process

Depending on which MMB Software application you utilize, we may process the following types of data to deliver our services:

• Account & authentication information: For features requiring cloud synchronization, data security is handled through Firebase Authentication (including secure email and password management).
• Local data storage: Core user data, project calculations (such as construction quantities in SiteMaster AI), and personal metrics are stored locally on your device using encrypted Hive databases.
• Gamification & habit tracking metrics: For our RPG-themed productivity applications (such as LifeQuest AI), we process local entries regarding daily habits, task completions, and character stats (HP, Strength, Intelligence, etc.) to drive the core gameplay loop.
• Device permissions: Our applications may request standard device permissions (such as storage access via the permission_handler interface) exclusively to export engineering reports (PDF/Excel) or manage local game data. We never access personal files outside the application's domain.

2. How we use your information

We utilize the processed data strictly for functional performance:

• To facilitate seamless local storage and optional Firebase cloud synchronization across your devices.
• To manage premium features and subscription tiers (Pro vs. Free modes) seamlessly via our integrated SubscriptionService.
• To track application stability, diagnose bugs, and eliminate crashes using Firebase Crashlytics.

3. Third-party services & AI integration

To power our smart solutions and stable infrastructure, we integrate trusted third-party SDKs:

• Google Firebase: Utilized for secure user authentication, Firestore cloud databases, and telemetry/Crashlytics.
• Google Gemini AI engine: For advanced AI features, calculations, and generative feedback (utilizing models like gemini-3-flash-preview), input texts or prompts are processed securely adhering to enterprise data privacy standards.

4. Data security & commercial policy

Your data privacy is absolute. MMB Software implements industry-standard encryption for both local runtime environments (Hive) and cloud transit layers (Firebase). We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers or external marketing platforms. In our ad-supported games (for example Block Defenders), ads are served by Google AdMob; in that case data such as the advertising ID is processed by Google. 5. Account & data deletion policy

Users can request the permanent deletion of their account and associated data across our applications and games (including Gastro Kings, SiteMaster AI, LifeQuest AI, etc.) at any time:

1. Send an email to mmb@mmbmuhendislik.com.tr or mmbsoftware.dev@gmail.com with the subject "Account & Data Deletion Request".
2. Include the name of the application, your registered nickname, and the email address of the Google account you used to sign in.
3. Upon receipt, your request will be processed within 30 days, resulting in the permanent removal of:
   • Account authentication details (name, email, and user ID)
   • Cloud records, scores, metrics, and user statistics stored in Firebase/Firestore
   • In-app profile associations
4. Note: Data stored locally on your device (preferences, local cache, offline saves) is automatically removed upon uninstalling the application.

6. This website

This website does not use cookies or visitor tracking tools. The name, email address and message you submit through the contact form reach us by email and are used solely to respond to your enquiry. To prevent abuse of the form, a one-way hash of your IP address is kept for a short period. Fonts on these pages are loaded from Google Fonts; in doing so, your IP address may be processed by Google. The introduction video is loaded from YouTube only when you select it; YouTube's privacy policy then applies.
