Estimate AI
Describe the work in your own words, or upload a plan, photograph, PDF or spreadsheet. The AI interprets the request; the calculation is carried out by the application's own modules.

A whole building from a few questions
The Building Estimate Form produces an item-by-item takeoff from the footprint area and number of storeys. Details may be left blank or delegated to the AI.

Parametric drawings
The retaining wall section, window and door drawings and the roof sketch update in real time with the dimensions you enter, so you can see exactly what is being measured.

Reports and quotations
A general estimate report with a grouped cost summary, exported as PDF or Excel. Client quotations can be prepared as lump sum, unit price or cost plus profit.

Regional compliance
Region-specific materials, sizes and currency for Turkey, Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States. Metric and imperial units; Turkish and English interface.

No advertising, your data respected
The application contains no advertising. Your site data is stored on your device; with Pro it is also synchronised with your account for access from your other devices.

About
MMB Software is the software division of MMB Engineering, a firm active in structural design and construction since 2013. Our software is developed from requirements we encounter first-hand on site and in the design office, and in strict accordance with engineering calculation principles.
Making our engineering software available in the browser, with no installation required, is among our priorities. SiteMaster AI is already offered on the web to Pro subscribers, and our forthcoming software will be made accessible through this site.
